12 MONTH WARRANTY
We offer a 12 Month warranty on our Glimmer & Glow Mirrors starting from purchase date on your invoice. We require proof of purchase of the product for all warranty claims.
We will repair or replace any defective part or product after an inspection. If you think you have received a product with any type of defect, please phone us on 0474 506 096 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org with photo evidence. We will resolve any issues as quickly as we can to avoid causing you any further inconvenience.
The above warranty is given for the benefit of the original purchasing Customer only and is not transferable or assignable by the Customer to any third party.
The above warranty shall not apply in respect of:
Any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage; negligence; failure to follow the Company's instructions (whether oral or in writing); alteration or modification of the goods; premature failure caused by poor cleaning and/or maintenance; damage caused during return transit to the Company; incorrect repair of the Goods.
Of electrical or electronic components: damage caused by exposure to high voltages; static damage; damage caused by mishandling components; repairs made by an unqualified person.
Goods which have been continued to be used by the Customer after any failure or defects of the Goods first became apparent
Any failure or defect of the Goods which was apparent upon receipt of by the Customer which has not been notified to the Company in accordance with the Product Warranty Conditions Section (1-7)
Fluorescent tubes, Incandescent Bulbs and batteries are not covered under warranty. LED bulbs are covered for one year from the date of delivery of your Mirror.
Any direct or indirect consequential liability, (whether for loss of profit, goodwill, business revenue or otherwise) loss, injury or damage (other than death or personal injury) arising through any such failure or defect.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return the product(s) in new condition for an exchange or a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective product returns. All shipping on returns is paid for by the purchaser.
Please use the original packaging when sending the product(s) back with the proof of purchase. We also advise you to retain proof of post for tracking purposes.
Please note: Any non-defective product(s) must be returned in new condition with the original box and packaging

PICK UPS / WAREHOUSE COLLECTIONS
Customers that select "Warehouse Pickup" on shipping option can collect their purchase from our North Brisbane warehouse. Our warehouse address is 6C/143 St Vincents Road, Virginia 4014 QLD. Our warehouse is open by appointment only. Upon pickup we require a copy of the sales invoice that has been emailed directly to you. Glimmer and Glow will contact you directly either by email or phone to organise a time for pickups from our warehouse.
